MODEL

neaSNOM

LOCATION

G12 LISE

The neaSNOM from Neaspec GmbH is a scattering-Scanning Near-field Optical Microscope (s-SNOM). The system can provide Amplitude and Phase near-field imaging of nanostructures with AFM resolution. The system is equipped with a CW QCL laser in the range 900-1800cm-1 for pseudo-heterodyne imaging and a DFG laser for nano-FTIR spectroscopy in the range 800-2100cm-1.
